Mersin Marina, which is operated by Mersin Marina Bussineses INC. as a tourism business under the build-operate-transfer model in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 3996, which was completed under the supervision of the Ministry of Transport, Infrastructure. no. 2634 Tourism Incentive Law and Marine Tourism Regulation. The operations of Mersin Marina started in 2011.

In addition to the ease of transportation by sea and land and proximity to the airport due to being a city marina, Mersin Marina, with more than 70 brands, offers shopping opportunities from national and international brands, restaurants, cafes, and bars. It also offers social activities with concerts and events, a supermarket, ATMs, a pharmacy, parking, a children's entertainment area, sports, fitness and spa, a swimming pool, and marine equipment stores.

Mersin Marina is the largest marina in the Eastern Mediterranean region of Turkey with a mooring capacity of 500 sea moorings, and 500 land parking capacity, provides a 160-ton capacity travel lift, sea towing and launching service, slipway ramp, land parking services, bottom washing, and maintenance services.
